Very low quality as it stopped working after few months of use. No support either.

Pros: Matte Finish very durable.Gets plenty hot, I settled on the number 4 setting.Takes about 15 minutes to reach set tempurature.Easy to install.Touch panel works well.Would buy again.Con: Would be nice if feet attached plum on their own.

This is our first towel heater and we really love our heated towels. This one fit just perfectly under the window. It is a little hassle to weave the towels through the bars to get the towels to heat up. The bars are not wide enough for the width of the towels so the towels are kind of scrunched. The controls are easy enough to work but I wish the electrical cord was white (we used the plug-in setup and not the hardwired set up.)

I use this heated towel rack every single day, and it’s absolutely amazing. It gets so, so, so hot and makes everything better—warm towels, cozy robes, you name it. The timer and LED indicator are super convenient, and it’s wall-mounted, so it doesn’t take up much space. Highly recommend if you want to add a touch of luxury to your daily life!

Instructions were very difficult to understand. Measurements in metric, terms unfamiliar, grammatical errors, etc. Probably easier to understand kept in Chinese. Would have helped if recommended order of installation was given. Most important to note is the screws for cover plate were too big/wrong size...Do not fit standard electrical boxes.Not sure this product is UL approved.Like the high temp output. Control features are fine.
