New Pentair water temperature sensor arrived timely and installed easily. The old sensor indicated unusually high water temps and failed to allow spa heater to turn on. After installing the new sensor the water temp readings returned to normal and the spa heater returned to normal operation.

I have a pool and spa with all Pentair parts. As the summer was winding down, I noticed that the temperature of the pool did not appear to be accurate. More importantly, when I tried to run my spa, the heater kept turning off and would not heat correctly. I thought I had an issue with my heater. I opened it up and saw some error lights that led me to believe it was an issue with the thermostat. Long story short, I purchased this inexpensive part, and everything is now working beautifully. The pool temperature is displaying correctly, and my spa heats up perfectly. I inquired with a local retailer on an OEM replacement part, and it was considerably more expensive. If you have a pool with Pentair parts and need a new temperature sensor, I would definitely recommend this item.
