This is a small water bottle. It doesn't meet the water needs of the marathon. But I use it for energy gels. Before a race, I put 4-5 energy gels into a bottle and mix with just some water. During the game, I can use it to replenish my energy. Very convenient and practical.

I ordered this, along with another collapsible travel sport flask. They are both great, but out of the two, the collapsible flask is my preference. This one has a soft spout that you have to pull open to use like a regular spouted water bottle. It is lightweight and fits nicely in a purse. It does not leak, but you have to remember to push the spout back down. It is quiet. It picks up dish soap odors, so don't use a lot of dish soap or you will be left with a bad taste or smell until it's fully, fully rinsed.

This is a good bottle for packs with minimal side pocket space.I need water handy, but I don't need a lot every time.This is the perfect bottle for this.I recommend this bottle

If you are running or hiking long distances, this is not for you. However, if you're just taking a walk in the park or around the neighborhood, this is fine. The capacity is only 5 ounces, so you might empty this in a couple of gulps. But as mentioned, it's good for SHORT walks. The bottle easily fits into most running vests and fanny packs. The "Lid Duster Protector" on my particular bottle did not snap shut completely. Other than that, this is a decent water bottle.

The bottle is designed to fit snugly in the back pocket of my pants, resembling a flask. Although I don’t drink a lot of water, I do require some during my treadmill workouts. The small, rectangular bottle is just the right size for this purpose.
