There were three fish as advertised and each had batteries and worked just fine. Other reviews claimed they did not get three fish but we did.

Cool, fun so far, but only received one fish! Used Amazons "get help" link to send message to seller last night. Wasn't expecting anything to happen, but within a few short hours, I got a message from seller saying 100% refund and keep the little guy that arrived! Sweet!

I bought these for my kitties. I had to return the first set because when taken out of the water at least one (sometimes more) would not shut off and just run the batteries down. Same thing has happened with the second set. While the kitties to love to play with them, when they are moving, once they are in the water they lay sideways and shut off. They do not "swim" well. They are poorly weighted and cheaply made. Unless I am standing there to constantly push them into an upright position they will not keep going. If they stop the cats get bored. Seriously disappointed. Don't waste your money.

Cute idea and my cat enjoys them but, they all came needing the “extra” batteries installed because they were dead. One of the three doesn’t even work. Poor quality.

These are intended for a cat, but they were a fun little distraction for the dog.We put the fish in a little inflatable pool outside, and the pup had a blast pulling 'em all out of the water.The fins came off a little too easy, leaving small parts for the dog to try and eat.Oh, and the included battery lasted for about a full day of being in the water, and the fish came with extras.
