I like the customer service efforts. My first piece had some issues, so I contacted customer service, and they provided me with a new one, which is amazing in terms of quality and value for money. It looks more realistic. Definitely recommend it!

This poorly manufactured item is not accurate. The test clips are joke and fall apart if you are not careful with them. This item is more of a novelty then a serious piece of test equipment. But if you like looking at a cute color display, perhaps the amusement might be worth the money spent.

The unit works as expected, but failed to handle depletion mode FET's. These are the JFET's that are normally on and need an opposite bias voltage to turn them off. It's not surprising that the unit has no way to turn these FET's off, as there is just a single supply. Anyhow, depletion mode JFET's look like resistors (source to drain) and when you get this result, there is probably nothing wrong with your FET!Otherwise the unit works well on other components including triacs and SCR's. The smallest coil it could identify was 10 uH. It recognized capacitors down to 5 pf.

This product doesn’t look like a real rose preserved and dipped in gold. Instead it looks like a plastic material, an absolute mismatch with the product description misleading buyers. Extremely disappointed..
