Installed to my Ebike(total weight 300-350lbs) about a year ago (2750 km).They installed fine and have worked perfectly.I'm mostly commuting, so I'm coasting to a stop as much as possible, but I use almost 100% front brake(only use rear for braking while turning or on dirt, or for max braking).Just changing the front pads now, they are maybe 50km or 1 strong stop from being to the metal.I'm never going back to rim brakes, and I would probably go right to hydros instead of mech.

Es Perfecto, Justo lo que se pide, solo me gustaría que el dije no estuviera agarrado a un eslabón de la cadena porque de esa forma se tuerce un poco al ponerlo y da miedo de que se rompa

I actually can’t give a full review on this, purely because I upgraded to a 203mm rotor and am using it on my front wheel only. All I can really say is that I currently have more stopping power than both of the 160mm rotors did. I plan on adding the rear 203mm when I can find buy the adapter to allow for clearance around my engine chain (I ride a motorized bicycle.) The rotors have some incredibly strong braking force when considering that they are mechanical and not hydraulic. I’ll probably upgrade eventually, but for now it slows down a 300lb rider from 40mph significantly faster than dual rim brakes every could, and I’m only using the front one. No overheating issues for me but that’s probably because I’m using a 203mm rotor which cools down much faster. I remember the 160mm single front rotor giving off light bending heat waves when I was briefly using it.

used it to convert my v-brake bike to disc brake. came with everything including the wrench needed to install unto the the bike. it’s cheap and it works! instruction guide was easy to follow. best value for money!

I bought these to upgrade the braking on my Cannondale MTB as part of a conversion to electric. The kit came with a couple of adapter arms depending on your bike's mount situation. They went on easy enough, and it was not too difficult to get a good solid feel at the levers. Stopping power is much improved over the stock v-brakes. One tip is to 'pre-load' the brake by pulling the arm just before the point of caliper engagement and then tighten the cable. While they aren't the most powerful brakes out there, you get a lot for the money. Another plus is that they can be used with larger rotors, so your investment is not lost if you decide you need more power later. Disclaimer: No brake is a substitute for situational awareness, ride smart, and pay attention to what is down the road.
