My main form of exercise is high intensity walking and wearing the RUNFast Adjustable Weighted Vest provides an ideal amount of extra resistance to my walking regime. It is very easy to adjust the amount of weight you are carrying using the weighted pouches that come with the vest, adding or subtracting weights as needed. I also purchased the optional shoulder pads which makes the weighted vest comfortable to wear on the shoulders. The vest itself is very solidly made and the Velcro straps to hold it in place are strong and sturdy. 5 stars!

Si quieres correr, quítale peso para que no te sofoque. Ajusta la correa en pocos ejercicios y no se moverá: se mantine pegado a ti.

No es un chaleco cómodo para correr con él, más bien para realizar ejercicios de fuerza estáticos. Si eres una persona baja y delgada te quedará un poco largo el chaleco (yo mido 1.57 y peso 54 kg) a mí me llega por abajo de la cintura. De lo ancho se puede ajustar bastante bien y resulta cómodo.

Buenisimo, llevo 1 mes usándolo y no podría estar más satisfecho. Uso el chaleco para ejercicios en casa (sentadillas, lagartijas, desplantes, desplantes, etc) y para ejercicios en parque públicos (tubo inclinado, barras, etc). Si dominas tu peso con facilidad y buscas más resistencia, éste chaleco es para ti. Lastima un poco los hombros al principio, después de usarlo varias veces te acostumbras, en lo personal nunca lo he usado para correr, pero me imagino que podría ser un poco molesto. De buen material, se puede quitar y poner peso con mucha facilidad, entra perfectamente mi celular, que no es pequeño (xiaomi mi a1)

Wrong weight, looks usedThe product itself is okay (kinda) but I ordered the 40 pound vest and got 20 pounds, on top of that the thing wrong with the actual item is that it looks pretty used and the packaging was done really poorly.
