pour faire des mountains climber (partie glissante) ou des pompes nécessitant de la stabilité (face opposée), c'est tout bonnement parfait ... et çà permet de lustrer son parquet avec ;-)

Good for laminated or wooden floors. But on gym floor which was matted, The base of the core slider that rolled into lint which kept peeling off. Bought another brand with a smoother base. Wouldn’t recommend this one. Other than this rest is ok as a core slider

The delivery expected was a bit late but the product is good.I am using this product for almost 10 days and below are my reviews of pros & consPros.1. Smooth on surfaces2. Good built & high quality materials3. Easy to use and durable4. Imported from USA5. Worth buyCons1. Size was a bit small as I am having big hands & foot2. Scratches easily in tiles & hard floors3. Sticks dirt on both surfaces if floors are not clean & tidy4. Balance should be maintained else you get slipped5. Made in China6. Guarantee & warranty is valid only in USA and not applicable for other countriesOverall the item is good & serves the purpose. Better to buy 2 sets instead of 1I recommend the item to buy.Added the images of the sliders front & back with scratches & dirt.Thank you

I came across the idea of using sliders from a recommendation as a great way to implement core strengthening exercises.In the last few weeks I have been doing slider exercises. There are many routines online and on Youtube. So far I really like the portability of the sliders and that they work indoor on carpet, I am not in the need to test the Claim of whether they work on other surfaces. Slider exercises may look easy but are very challenging , hence providing an amazing total body workout.I started with inexpensive sliders from Amazon to give it sliders a try. Those were okay but the small size made my feet slide off easily and foot placement was critical to how well they slid. I have since upgraded to the Slidz by Skilz and these are far superior. The Skilz are larger in size, contoured on top to reduce slipping and have a smoother bottom surface. These are well worth the extra money. Highly recommend these over other less expensive sliders.

No es para todas las superficies, se raya bastante y no resbala bien en ciertos lugares. Lo recomiendo exclusivamente para duela

El material de la parte acolchonada es de primera calidad, la parte desplizante cumple muy bien con su objetivo pero siento que es muy fácil que se raye en superficios no tan uniformes mermando su capacidad de deslice, hay que tener cuidaod con eso. Fuera de eso los recomiendo mucho pues puedes hacer rmuchos ejercicios exclentes para tonificar, solo basta buscalos en youtube y darte una idea.
