Nice, firm mini tennis balls. great for smaller dogs, works well with cats. Does NOT make sound, no squeaking.

I really wish I could give this item a ZERO star review. So in the words of Tyra Banks "I can't, so I give you a one."I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my dog in December 2024. It came in, I taught her to use it fairly quick and she LOVED it. I always plugged it in after we were done playing with it and the first day, the "battery" light lit up to let us know it was charging. Fast forward to the weekend and we've used this launcher maybe 5 times total, charging it after each use... and it just stops mid play. Mind you, we had been playing with it for about 10 minutes at this time and it had been on the charger all night prior. So I check the connection, plug it in again and the charging light doesn't come on anymore. I let it "charge" for a couple hours and it wouldn't come back to "life." So I started the process of getting a replacement.I started a help request with Amazon and they instructed me to reach out to the company, stating they had a "great correspondence and customer satisfaction rate." So I reach out to the company, got the runaround again and was instructed to go back to Amazon customer service to get a replacement. After long conversations, they finally agreed to send a replacement.I received the replacement in the mail on 2/24/2025. We opened it on 2/25 and my sweet pup was elated to have her toy back. When I opened the box, I noticed the machine was once someone else's. (Three of the 6 tennis balls were in a red Ziplock snack baggie with the other dogs hair on it.. Gross. But whatever, I could get new balls.) Which is fine with me, as long as it was refurbished and worked.... It didn't. We used the launcher all afternoon on the 25th, charged it over night (the light never came on, but I thought maybe I was delusional and it wasn't supposed to?) and for about an hour on the 26th... before it quit just like the one prior.Luckily Amazon has been great. They've agreed to let me return the device for a full refund. However, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. It's the absolute worst and the company itself is no help whatsoever.Also, shame on whoever processed the replacement. You sent me a product with the exact same problem as the first. My poor baby keeps taking the tennis ball to the launcher and whining because it won't do what it's supposed to.

Es un muy buen juguete para los perros que les gusta correr por la pelota, aunque desgraciadamente mi perrita es de aquellos perros que en lugar de entregarme la pelota me reta a que se la quite para volver a aventarla. Lo bueno es que este juguete trae 9 pelotas, entonces ella persigue pelotas hasta cansarse.
