I absolutely loved the last one that I purchased, but it wasn’t available and this one seemed comparable. Unfortunately, it was a tad floppy at the connector so I had to place it in the windshield where it would sit on the dash. My old one was not floppy. Still does the job so thank you.

Long Arm:Pros -Suction power was greatSuper easy to installThe phone case part works well in holding the phone in place and securely. Even with a pop-up attached.Cons -Arm was very hard to bend without unsuctioning whole thing.Arm can not bend as pictured. False advertising. Not long enough and not “bendy” enough.Extra piece to help hold arm in place has lousy sticking ability and just doesn’t work. Arm kept pulling it off dash.Doesn’t hold phone steady. Phone is constantly bouncing and moving around at the end of the long arm.I think the idea is great - but it would be back to the drawing board after this test run. Not happy, not satisfied and ended up throwing it away.The extra part for attaching to the vent works fine.

My box came open. The gooseneck for the phone holder is not easy to adjust ( mine was stiff ), the installation was easy, however, when I placed my phone in the holster it began to lean due to the weight of the phone and I only have a thin glove case with a screen protector on the phone. I used tape and the lei pictured to hold the holster up but it was still leaning. The vent attachment holds a lot better than the suction cup, so use that as the main source.
