These dumbbells are really convenient with the interlocking weights. You can set the dumbbells from the base 1kg up to 2.5kg. Each interlocking piece weighs 0.25kg so if you add two of these to both ends of the dumbbell, you can go from 1kg —> 1.5kg —> 2kg —> 2.5kg. This is a pair of dumbbells so both of them can be adjusted the same way. It’s super convenient and the grip is wide so your hands aren’t cramped in a tight space. These are great for warm ups, physiotherapy, a high rep cardio session, etc. I’m using them for rehab with my physiotherapist and they are light enough to perform controlled training with an injury, but challenging enough with high reps to benefit from rehabilitation. They look highly durable as they’re made of high quality materials for the locking mechanism and dumbbell itself. I highly recommend it and even my physiotherapist asked me where I bought them from.

liegt sehr gut in der Hand , praktisch finde ich das man das Gewicht durch Abnahme/Wiederanbringung der Teile selbst variieren kann.

Having had a major spinal operation in my neck I am now in rehabilitation and use these as a part of it. My hands don’t work too well at best but these weights are easy to use even as I am. They are well built and small enough to store away in most places. Excellent value for money is the icing on the cake
