This is my first rowing machine and I really like it. Easily assembled. Only had it about a week but I absolutely love it. Full body workout and low/no impact for my bad knees, which is a huge win. Use it along with rowing videos on YT (scenery videos or guided exercise). Makes the time pass even quicker. I usually row anywhere from 30 mins to 1.5 hours a day and vary the resistance between 8 and 12 depending on if I'm doing intervals or just doing a straight through timed session. I wish I had discovered rowing sooner.

Unfortunately this box showed up looking like it was run over. Tried to initiate a return but missed the pickup and the nearest UPS drop off is far from me. Decided to open the box and just accept my fate. It’s missing an instruction manual, parts & pieces are broken all over the bottom of the box. I was able to piece it together and got it to work. Not a terrible product.. shipping and product packaging was a huge disappointment!

I just got it and put it together today. The frame was bent where the bar that holds footrests go in. My husband bent it enough so that the bar would go in and it seems to work fine. The meter does not turn off after 4 minutes like it's supposed too. I called manufacturer and they said it would cost me $10 plus shipping because it was not new. I thought I hit the filter for "new" only not reconditioned. Amazon gave me a $20 gift card in compensation. I like the rower as it's very quiet but I would not have bought it if I'd known all this before I put it all together. The invoice says NEW in one place and reconditioned in another place. A very receptive practice.

After paying extra to have it "professionally" assembled, I had to switch the foot pads as they were installed incorrectly (Right pad on Left side and vice versa). I like the ability of the "oars" to both pull straight back or circle. It gives shoulders more range of motion. It isn't exceptionally quiet but not annoying loud either. I am quite happy with my purchase of a " refurbished" machine.

I hate exercise. I have bought ever gizmo, gadget, and piece of equipment to motivate and make me like it more, & nothing helps. This is the best solution I have found! I still hate exercise, but this gives me and all over strength and Cardio workout with 1pc of equipment. The weight level is adjustable so if you are a weakling like me, lol, you can start out light. If you are a pro, you can still have a challenge. You can row without the real action motion if you prefer, but when you use it as directed it really works those arms, shoulders, and back muscles. Your legs and booty definitely feel the burn along with your abs as well. I still try to brisk walk in conjunction with my workout since I have only built up to around 25 mins with the weight on this one and can't yet go much longer than that and know my outta shape tail needs more Cardio than 20-25mins. The digital counter has never worked right on mine, but I use my smart watch to track reps, calories burned, etc., and I am over 40 knowing I am about as good as it gets for my level of commitment, lack of motivation, lifestyle and age. To look like I WANT at this stage in life I will need to visit my plastic surgeon 😊 In any event, BUY THIS MACHINE, you won't regret even if you hate working out like me!
