El molde está hecho de plástico ABS de grosor de 0,2 cm. Se puede utilizar para moldear yeso y hormigón. Con un molde puede producir más de 50 tortugas para organizar caminos de jardín. I use concrete or mortar mix to make. I like using the pigment mixed with mineral oil to stain (just paint on) so it adds color. Much cheaper that way to color items, takes longer to dry; however colors last and I am not using a ton of pigment to color the cement. I have made over 20 with these molds, they hold up. I use plastic dry wall mesh tape to ensure they hold together in the long term embedded in the concrete to add strength.

I’ve poured about thirty of these turtles now and once you figure out how wet to make your mix and everything, they come out awesome. I’ve been using just a standard concrete mix and making it not too stiff but not too wet. I’ve tried some different mold releases and I found using a silicon type release is best… not wd40. Adding some color to your concrete makes a perfect added touch. Make sure you shake the mold back and forth a bit and tap it on the ground a bit to get the air bubbles out and it’ll make a perfectly smooth shell. The molds seem pretty durable. Would recommend for even a beginner!

Die Formen funktionieren einwandfrei. Habe sie mit Beton ausgegossen. Wenn man sie vorher gut einölt lässt sich der Giessling gut herausnehmen.
