It's a great product and has survived a household with 3 playful cats with very little wear and tear. I overstuff it with way too many clothes and it hasn't had any problems. I will definitely buy another one if the need arises.

I love these laundry baskets! As a family of 4 in a small house without a ton of storage space, these were the perfect solution! We used to have the plastic/rubber laundry baskets that fold down into itself, but with regular use the rubber part started ripping. These baskets fold down small, smaller than dinner plate size and can easily be tucked away.They also hold a full load of laundry, have long straps if you want to carry it on your shoulder, and small straps on the end to carry in your hands. Have had them for over a month now and they’re holding up well.

This arrived broken in a million pieces and there’s no option for a refund, only a return. A return doesn’t make sense. It should be automatic and immediate refund.
