This says it is a rainbow illuminated keyboard and it is exactly that. It works. It makes lots of plastic noise which is common for a budget keyboard. The keys are profoundly flat and they have good feel and touch - it feels "bouncy".On the negative side, I was hoping for a keyboard that I could just turn white. It has three modes, but all modes are the rainbow look. It was easy to switch modes and it was easy to set up the light level, but it looks a little youthful in the rainbow motif for a older engineer like myself. In a way, I feel like I am making a statement with its rainbow looks and while I am fine with that, I really just wanted an illuminated keyboard so I could lower the light levels in my office and get work done.So, it is precisely what it said it was, and it was a good deal, but as always, you need to read the fine print. If you want a rainbow keyboard that is fast, well illuminated and feels really bouncy, this is your keyboard.I had to drop a star simply because it is always rainbow colors, not just simply illuminated white. I feel bad about that because nowhere does it say it can do anything but rainbow, yet it is my review and I make my own rules.

Shopping at Amazon is always fun. I like finding new, colorful things I need. I needed a basic keyboard but found this very bright yellow keyboard. The size is perfect for my desk. It is a great value for the money I spent. When I type the keys do click loudly. The feel and durability are good. This is not a fancy keyboard. It is a basic but fun keyboard.

People said that the keys fade or the numbers come off....I have had the keyboard for a few months now and its fine. No problems.

I wanted a keyboard with flatter keys. I come across this one and it was different from the others because it was bright yellow. So I bought it. It is well worth its money.It was a simple plug and Play type of install. When typing, it's not as quiet as a high end keyboard, but it's not as loud as an old school keyboard. I work virtually and speak on a speaker phone and no one can hear me typing.
