Using this timer for a mist system, and so far very pleased. It's hard to find timers in seconds and, of course, I bought one that leaked badly. It was also confusing to set.🎉This timer was my second choice, but far happier with it. No leaks! Plus it's dead simple to work.🥺I worry because I have it more or less exposed to the weather and the directions said not to. Why would you make something that is used outdoors and not make it durable enough to be outdoors? I keep the plastic lid screwed on tightly and periodically wipe it dry on the inside. It's been rather rainy &/or 100°, but so far, so good.🔋It needed another set of batteries a month in. Felt like a goofball when - after a long search - I realized the battery access is in the front.💜I've had this item about 6 weeks and rely heavily on it. If it holds up to the weather (I don't expect it to take winter temperatures, but may risk it in my mild location), I will continue to believe this is a 5-star product.O/T Sidenote: Apologies for the emojis. They helped me sort what I was saying and the review box doesn't acknowledge empty lines.

Excellent timer, easy set up, easy to operate, works as described. Does not come with batteries. Very good price.

I did like the initial start up. Worked as it was supposed to but after 3 weeks it quit working. Batteries were good but even with brand new alkaline batteries it still won't work. Very very disappointing.

I use these for a patio mister. They are the ONLY one's I've found with frequency as low as 30 seconds and duration as low as 5. If you want to use a mister on a patio, you are going to need this.As much as I like the timers for this, the main complaint is they are not very durable. I had two and both broke within a year. The manufacturer backed the product up, but I hope they can improve the product's ability to last outside. I'm sticking with them, for now.
