This is a fantastic way to turn one outlet into 5 with a bonus of 2 USB ports and one other port that might be for a USB-C, but I'm not sure. Anyway. I absolutely love the convenience of this device and plan on ordering a couple more of them.

Excellent compact surge protector that provides both multi AC outlets and USB charger. I can plug in five devices and charge my computer and phone. Efficient and effective.

Es un producto muy práctico y que te da 5 conectores adicionales (3 con el pin de tierra, y 2 sin), así como 3 conectores USB-A (USB tradicionales). Se ve muy resistente físicamente, y cuando se conecta a la pared, queda muy bien fijo.Los pines traseros no se mueven o se rotan, así que recomiendo asegurarse de cómo vienen en las imágenes del producto antes de adquirir. En mi caso personal, por cómo están configurados mis enchufes, queda en una orientación VERTICAL. Recomiendo revisar eso para que no sepan si va a quedar bien en el lugar al que lo tendrán destinado, ya que obviamente ocupará espacio extra "a lo largo".Muy recomendado y muy práctico.

Justo lo que buscaba para tener varios cables conectados en un sólo sitio: cargo mi tablet, smartphone, Kingle y lámpara de lectura en la regleta. Muy cómodo el tamaño y muy eficiente. Salvo el hecho que al conectar al puerto USB-A el Wireless charger Samsung no carga, lo tuve que conectar con el adaptador, todos los demás puertos cargan perfectamente.

Los materiales son buenos, es bastante robusto no se sobrecalenta es un excelente complemento de dormitorio o Estudio, pero no lo recomiendo estar moviéndolo mucho porque por su construcción no soporta mucho la manipulación. Puedes usar todos los contactos sin problema mientras no exista movimiento directo en el toma corriente. Uno con cable funcionaría mejor.

I have not had a chance to experience a power surge yet so I can't speak to the surge protector part. It's excellent for plugging in multiple monitors or a TV plus a amplifier plus a sub. This also sits flush and tight against the wall outlet which is very nice unlike the other one I bought. My only complaint is that used in the bottom socket it would block the ground prong on a 3 prong plug from fitting. Since i just have a 2 prong lamp there it's fine but beware.

I moved into a rental house that was built in the early 1950's (crazy housing market!) and to say that there is a lack of outlets is an understatement, lol. In fact, there is only ONE outlet in the bathroom and they converted the top receptacle into a light switch for the light over the medicine cabinet. This left me one opening for curling iron, blow dryer, fan, etc.Most of the other extenders here on Amazon had their plugs placed so close together that I would not have been able to put both my curling iron plug and my hair dryer plug side-by-side (hair dryer has that big square plug with a trip on it). I was happy to locate this one and purchased it. I appreciated that fact that it also had to plugs on each side BUT I will say that, like others that have mentioned in their review:, the plugs on the ends "snap" in and it does make them very hard to pull out unless you remove the extender itself from the wall so you can get a good grip on both parts and pull. It's not that it won't come out, but it is definitely in there pretty darned tight. I used it to plug in a floor fan that I don't unplug often and the other one is, to date, unused. The USB plugs at the top are nice but for my situation, I don't use them hardly at all. They do work though.My only *issue* is that (on my unit at least) the extender sits crooked when plugged in. This would not bother me at all if it were not right at my eye level but it is and I'm a bit OCD when it comes to this sort of thing. I requested a return and replacement from Amazon which came very quickly but unfortunately, the second one was the same. I reached out to the seller, TESSAN, and explained the issue. They promptly replied saying that they preferred to refund my original purchase (I returned the replacement) since the likelihood that the entire batch had 'un-level pins' was high. NOTE: I did not knock off a point for this defect because it is a cosmetic one that does not effect the performance of the item itself. I continue to use this on a daily basis and have never experienced other issues with this extender.
