Excellent quality--not too heavy but not too lightweight. I ordered specifically for the nubby texture on the exterior. Easy to grip, and if I'm handwashing or rinsing in sink, I don't have to worry about them slipping through my fingers. Only tiny complaint is that they're a bit darker than expected from the listing photo. You can get those colors by holding up to the light, but generally they're more opaque than pictured. Still, I can highly recommend, and only wish they came other sizes.

I just opened the box, and fell in love with the colors, the weight, and the styling of these glasses. They appear to be sturdy, and a nice smaller size that I was looking for, and yet large enough to fit just about any kind of drink in it, whether it’s wine, juice, ice, water, or anything else time will tell how they last, but so far I feel I made a great purchase.

Born in the early 1950's, I spent a lot of time with one of my grandmothers. Ironically, she had hobnail glassware that I adored. So easy to hold because of the nobs all over the sides, so the glasses didn't accidentally slip out of your hands easily. The hobnails visually give the glasses texture, which add to their beauty. The colors are nice -- somewhat colors that were used back in her day. The size of the glasses are good. Not too big and not too small. Someone on another review had mentioned something about each glass having 3 seams from top to bottom on the glasses. Believe me, they do not stand out at all. They are such thin lines thatI had to closely examine the glasses to see them. With each glass being a different color, it's not hard to remember which glass is yours. I recommend with 2 thumbs up!
