Installed it all just to find that the lid had a blemish IN the glaze. Could not remove and have to return it, luckily saved the box.

I expected to only receive the tank which we had broken. It came with everything all internal parts including fill valve, flush valve, nuts, washers, and spacers. Overall, a good deal!

Had broken lid on the water tank, could not get just the lid. Got a new water tank, was easy to put on, if you have some experience with commode installation, the bowl does not have to be removed. Just the water tank.

As usual a quality Toto product - comes with all the hardware and great instructions. I had a different connector (just a plain metal nut) for the water supply hose than other users and didn’t have to do anything at all to attach it, but I understand what the other users were saying about needing to shave it down - it could be a tight fit if it had those flanges -but if you are the kind of person that’s able to replace a tank, you will definitely be able to handle the work required to make that work, so don’t be intimidated.Getting the tank to make even contact with all three points was definitely not the most fun, and I had to make a couple attempts to get it to bolt down evenly, but just be patient and tighten both sides slowly and restart if it’s askew and you’ll be able to get it to make solid contact.One last tip from an amateur on that - after tightening it to where I was thought it wasn’t a great idea to go further, but it still rocked slightly with pressure, I decided to just give it a bit to settle and for the bolts to bite into the washers and the foam collar to compress and it made a totally solid connection without tightening it any further.

I have had a number of different toilet brands in my homes over the years and they all gave me problems. This Toto is amazing. Flushes fast and quiet and the tank fills fast as well. The tornado flush is the most thorough tank flush I have seen in a toilet. Cleans the entire bowl with water in one tornado like swish. I will only purchase Toto toilets in the future.
