La sartén Profesional de Tramontina, de 25 cm, 30 cm o 36 cm, está hecha de aluminio alto calibre con acabado cepillado que hará que las recetas queden impecables, de forma rápida y uniforme. Cuenta con revestimiento antiadherente reforzado y mango de acero inoxidable remachado y con recubrimiento de silicona En color azul (25 cm), gris (30) y rojo (36 cm)
Medidas
Estas sartenes cuentan con tres medidas diferentes: 47,5 x 55 x 26,5 cm. Con 25 cm de diámetro. 11,5 x 56 x 31,5 cm. Con 30 cm de diámetro. Y 60,8 x 36,4 x 12,1 cm. Con 36 cm de diámetro.
Mango de silicona
Esta sartén tiene un mango de acero inoxidable remachado y con recubrimiento de silicona, que ofrece una mayor ergonomía, durabilidad y seguridad en el uso del producto.

This is a great pan, but it's really really big! It only fits in the sink at an angle and although it is dishwasher safe according to the manufacturer, it is so big it is difficult to fit in the dishwasher. It is aluminum so it's not as heavy as it looks, but it's still heavy enough to make my wrist ache if I try to hold it one handed with anything in it. It is lovely though to be able to fit everything in one batch instead of having to split things up!

I have used this pan over a dozen times so far and it performs beautifully. The inside still looks brand new. My only complaint is that the exterior finish is a little rough and was leaving fine scratches on the glass cooktop. I fixed this by block sanding the bottom and buffing it out, now it's perfect. Still, can't beat the price.

What are durable and heavy duty frying pan!!!It’s a little on the heavy side for someone elderly or with arm weakness however, it cooks extremely well. It’s a lot of stuff and it’s well-made. It’s very hard to find cookware not made in China or very cheap material so this is it well made.

Excellent quality and heat distribution. The handle is heave some time it will fallover the stove if not placed securely. It got light scratches even when using wood and plastic utensils.
