The product works for 3 months. Then the charger stops working. At that point the ring is useless

The ring stop working just in one week. Unable to reconnect and totally useless.

When this was purchased (Black Friday weekend 2024) there were not a lot of reviews, so I took a gamble. This was meant as a Christmas gift. Ring was set up for use on Christmas day. I mostly wanted as a sleep tracker with the app giving good results and recommendations for sleep improvement. I also liked that the app did not have a monthly subscription model to use. After two weeks the ring was having issues connecting to the app, so I put back on charger for a full charge then it connected. Around 3 weeks in the charge was rapidly depleting each day, barely making it a full day. By start of 4th week, it would not charge at all!! Upon looking at recent reviews, I am now seeing a lot of reviews with connection and charging issues. Several reviewers were on multiple returns to manufacturer for the same issue - battery / charging issues. I didn't want to get caught up in this rinse and repeat loop with a product that obviously has either design or manufacturing quality issues. I returned to Amazon for refund and will look elsewhere for a more refined product. Product is not ready for prime time, so cannot recommend at this time.

Purchased the ring on a Sunday and immediately got the UltraHumanX subscription to cover the device however that took me a couple hours to provision because of customer support. Part of the perks to UltraHumanX are added support, of which, I did not receive - it got worse.I returned the ring that Friday as it wasn’t providing the functionality I had hoped and the app was a bit chaotic (I’m coming from Whoop). Trying to work with customer support to get reimbursed for the UltraHumanX and they have been HORRENDOUS. Just reconfirming that this purchase was not for me.Stay away if you are intrigued by their app and customer support!
