One lid "snapped" right off. I contacted the Customer Service Department - through Amazon and they promptly send me a new lid. No fuss.Another reason to purchase items through Amazon. If something if faulty -- they ensure you are satisfied!I have quite a lot of this snapware and it is very very dependable!

Extremely happy with my purchase although, you can’t really go wrong with a Pyrex product! The fact that there are no seals to remove for cleaning is such a bonus! They stack nicely and this sets sizes are perfect for work-week lunch prep. I would definitely buy these again and highly recommend them.

This is our second set of snapware. Our first set is at least 5 years old now, and still works great. I have had a few lids in need of replacement recently (so they lasted a good 5 years!) and just did an online chat with the customer service rep at pyrex. They sent the lids no problem (verified sizes and address, they arrived in a week!). I even asked for an extra square lid as the tabs on one were starting to loosen and I didn't want to have to request again later when the lid finally broke and they had no problem with that. We bought the second set to replace a cheaper anchor hocking set we have where the lids keep breaking (you can buy repacement lids) and I figured since snapware honours their product and replaces the lids for free even when it's been years and is related to use and not faults, that I would rather give my money to them! Haven't regretted that decision at all!

Funcionan muy bien!, no se derraman, no guardan olores y el paquete trae todos los tamaños deseados para traer comida al trabajo.

La calidad del producto es muy buena. Las tapas encajan a la perfección y hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema con ellos.
