Worked well in our Florida room... we need to move air in that room, even in the winter,, when it's cold, being all glass windows and lots of sun - it gets warm and air is not going anywhere. We installed this - fairly easy with my husband - and it has a remote too! Makes it a lot easier to work in a stitch! We need it mostly for the fan, but the light is a a nice addition too. Works well and we can be in the room a lot more often now.

I wish I could get one for every room in my house! These fans are perfect! The remote is amazing and it works through Alexa! Triple awesome! Great airflow all day long, the light has multiple colors and brightness levels and absolutely no sound. Ahhh... Mazing! So far the remote is super durable as I've dropped it a few times and seems totally fine!!

Great size ceiling fan. Simple and clean look. Made well. Works great and easy to install. Comes with a remote, we have not used that app but you can control this fan with it. We installed this in our mother law suit and she loves it. Puts out a lot of air. Easy to clean and wipe off.

We recently added a newer fan to our bedroom and really like the quiet new motors and multiple speeds. So, we thought we would do something with the den and ordered the HOMECHOOSE 52 Inch LED Morden Black Ceiling Fan for use in that room. Our goal was a multi-functional quiet fan, lights with varying color temps and brightnesses, easy to install, and a bonus would be smart features using an existing app (I hate to keep adding apps for every little device).Homechoose managed to hit most of our requirements, but it was a good thing I have replaced other fans over the years and that one was very recent. But, first, the good. The fan looks good with a "modern" look, has installation options as far as distance from ceiling, and is easily controlled by the remote. The fan uses the "smart life" app, which I already have, and can be linked to Alexa if so desired. Some of the pieces use magnets to attach covers and that is pretty nice - makes it easier than trying to get a small screwdriver in place!The neutral - the fan blades are narrow and, therefore, do not move as much air as expected. Of course, you can increase the speeds, which moves more air, but at a "1", it's barely felt. After trying several levels, we don't think that anything below a "4" is worthwhile (expect maybe in the winter to circulate warm air). The narrow blades (and, only three) have an odd look about them - but, I suspect that is only due to having looked at a five blade, large motor, fan for decades. I'm sure it will grow on me.My biggest objection - other than the insufficiency of the 'low fan blade speed' - is that the instructions were definitely lacking in specificity. I could follow them, after reading them several times and comparing to what I had installed recently. But, it took longer than it should have. Better depictions, and more itemized steps would have been very much appreciated.So, a smart fan, modern looking, with good quality parts and hardware, at a decent price (80USD in August 2024) makes this a good buy. Take your time, have some help interpreting instructions, and you should be able to overcome that weakness.

Assembly was fairly straightforward with getting the wiring tucked into the ceiling enclosure being the most difficult part. Fan is very quiet. I would like to have the lowest speed be slightly slower if possible.
