This retractable box cutter is really easy to use and very light. I know some people may not like that fact because they want a solid heavy feeling box cutter but unfortunately this is not one of those. The outer shell feels like it is made of plastic, although the description says it's aluminum, but it does NOT feel unsafe to use. It's light and the mechanism that locks the blade in place feels very study and at no point has it ever made me question whether it might accidentally move while using it. The price is low and there are even two box cutters instead of one! The blades are also very sharp and can be inverted once one side becomes dull eventually. This is an overall really good package I'm glad I got.

I ordered the pack of 2 VEVOR utility knives because we only had one such knife in out entire house, and that's just not enough. I keep one in our kitchen for opening packages, but when I need to break down boxes in the basement, did I have a knife? No! It was upstairs! This 2-pack of knives allows me to now keep a knife in the basement as well as having a back-up. These are lightweight and don't feel as sturdy as our other utility knife, but they do the job of cutting through cardboard and packing tape. For the price, you get two knives and five blades, so it's a great deal. I struggled a bit with getting the blade in place, but figured it out after a few tries. Overall these seem like decent knives and get the job done. Please note that these are fixed blades and don't have an automatic safety retraction feature.

These VEVOR utility knives are a good buy! It's great to have two knives, because I've never had a utility knife to break, I just misplace it and have to buy a new one. But this time I'm set -- when I lose this one, I've got a spare waiting for me. Great!The knife itself is good. It has 3 blade settings, from a shallow cut to a deep cut. Each blade setting locks into place -- I like that there's no slipping. The blade is easy to replace -- just unscrew the side and put in a new blade. (5 replacement blades are included.) And since you get 2 utility knives, each with 6 blades in total, I actually have 12 blades that I expect will last me a long time.The aluminum alloy case is a little lighter than the steel knives I've had in the past, but it seems sturdy enough to meet all my needs. It's not the greatest quality, but you can't beat 2 utility knives for the price of one!
