I bought the vitamix years ago when it was selling with the 64 oz container. I didn't like that it didn't fit on counter under the cabinets. A few years ago I found that I could buy it from QVC for $50!!! I waited too long and they stopped carrying it. So now I paid $150!!! But I'm enjoying using my vitamix with the 48 oz so much more. I'm a single person and the 64 oz was just too big.

This is a stunning dress. It holds your curves just right. I am 5'7" 135 lbs, ordered a size 6. Love the fit and the geometric pattern. Fabric is substantial and comfortable.

When I ordered I was so happy that this size now is available in Europe/Germany, even if delivred from the US...I have seen this size in action on a Vitamix from the US and wanted to get it for my EU Vitamix Acsend 2500...Long story short, it doesn't work, because it doesn't get recognized... so it is useless...have send it back, Amazon says that i'll have my money back in the next day...I'm still intrested in a working Version of this Container...Hey Vitamix Engineers, it can't be that difficult to construct one that is working for the EU Modells.

When I ordered the Vitamix Ascent 48 oz jug there was nothing on Amazon to say that it was coming from the US.The jug does not work on my Vitamix Ascent A3500i unit. It fits, but it will not function. We have followed all instructions. Amazon have advised that we have to pay the postage to return all the way to the US - Indianapolis. We will not get a refund until it has arrived. I am deeply distressed about this and feel very misinformed and so disappointed that we cannot get the jug to work. A Guest

Unfortunately this container is nut suitable for uk Vitamix but I have got the full refund from the seller so all good !

I originally purchased the Ascent Personal cup system that could only make a decent smoothie if you’re willing to fidget with it. I exchanged the personal cup system for the 48 oz Wet Container.The 48 oz container (hands-down) makes better smoothies for 1-2 people. Vitamix should actually include the 48 oz with the Ascent machines since less than 20% of Vitamix owners actually need a 64 oz.Making a smoothie for one person in the 48 oz container is a breeze. You can always buy a separate Smoothie bottle for the 48 oz if you need a to-go-cup.If you care a lot about the quality of your smoothie for 1-2 people, the 48 oz wet container is by far the better way to go. The Smoothies are much smoother with no particles left or clumped dry ingredients.The 48 oz mops the floor with the smoothies made by the personal cup system.The 48 oz smoothies actually meets the quality standard you’d expect from a $600 blender.
