My wife and I purchased an old 1985 Weeres pontoon. It had NO seats at all when we purchased it. We have bought 4 of these bases, along with the matching attaching seats. They are super easy to put together with the seat top. They are light and have great storage under the seat within the base.

Worked fantastic. There was a little problem with the seat hinge fitting just right, but we got that worked out and it looks great

This was a replacement of a bench seat that was mistakenly cut to fit a deck access compartment when we have our pontoon seats replaced. The installer made a make-shift door in the side of the seat base that never fit right or kept the under-seat area closed or secure. I was able to install this myself and it looks great and fit perfectly! Now this seat's compartment is secure from want-to-be squatter squirrels :)!
