I haven't used it yet, as it just arrived today. Iam already impressed. This is a solid pan and deeper than it appears in the picture which is a nice bonus. I love the finish on it and it has a nice weight to it. The handle is nice, fits perfectly and was very easy to attach. It matches the knob on the lid. This item came well packed as well. It even had an elastisized piece of cloth around the edge of the lid to protect it from damage. Un-like the Swedish furniture store, it came with a real screwdriver with protective point cover for installing the handle. Looks like easy care instructions also. Should last a long time.

War auf der Suche nach einem neuen Wok und wollte endlich mal einen mit Deckel. Der Wok von Kordisen hat mich aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und Preis Leistung überzeugt.

Well crafted and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition, along with a sturdy lid, new spatula and a Philips head screw driver and parts needed to easily attach the handle. Top marks for performance too when tested in preparing pork and prawn dumplings, first simmered then fried with clean stick-free handling. A great addition to any kitchen.

After buying and trying several expensive carbon steel wok options that we ultimately ended up returning because no matter what they say, these types of pans just don't preform well on an electric ranges as they require a higher heat that only an open flame can provide. We scoured Amazon and located the Koridsen Wok and we are sure glad we did! This pan arrived excellently packaged and has been a workhorse in our home since receiving it 17 days ago. It has performed above and beyond our expectations in terms of heat and nonstick capabilities, showing no signs of scratching and degradation of the nonstick surface and, the stir fry spatula and glass lid that it comes with are very robust and fit the pan like a glove. The handle on the pan has to be assembled, and the instructions it comes with are very straight forward for doing so and Koridsen even provides the screwdriver for installing it. Also the handles for the pan and the lid remain cool to the touch and the weight of the pan is light and very manageable while remaining strong and robust. My wife is Chinese so you can believe me when I say we've put it through it's paces as we cook 3 to 4 dishes consecutively in it for lunch and dinner and have yet to have a fried egg or anything else stick to it. We find that the value of this pan far exceeds its list price and that the fit and finish are on par as well. We believe this pan to be an excellent option for those needing a good ,no a great option for an electric range cook surface. *Also be cognizant that if you mar the bottom of the pan to sand it smooth as this pan or any another pan will scratch the surface of your glass top if you don't mind this warning. So far this pan has yet to put one scratch on our glass top.

De très bonne qualité, les aliments ne collent pas, facile à nettoyer. Je recommande ce wok.
