The swag is cheap looking and fragile. Lights are included but you have to put them on.Since the you need to handle the swag when u put the lights on it be careful it may fallApart.

Pretty plastic and ornaments and berries fall off easily. Not quite what I was hoping for but kept it.

If you need to change the nozzle due it bending or breaking, it’s very hard to remove without breaking raking the thermostat. This is a great cheaper and quicker solution than buying from bambus website.

Definitely not oem, as soon as i plugged it in got errors like there is no tommorw so i just put up the old one and ordered a couple from bambu

It was easy to install, and works absolutely great. I did NOT expect the heater to live up to the OEM one at all, but it really has. No problems. Absolutely insane value. Would reccomend.

I dislike that it' overpriced. It serves the purpose. Packaging not great, hard to straighten out.
