After almost two years my vacuum, after showing fully charged, refused to work reciting an error message instead of getting off the charging station and proceed to clean: “fan is not working properly”.The error message was not listed anywhere, and the unit was working well before a two months hiatus. The web indicated a blockage, but I checked the air path of the vacuum and it was clean. The only thing I could think about was that the battery became like in my old laptop battery. It shows fully charged, but dies the moment you disconnect power. Most likely that the vacuum wasn’t programmed to issue the correct error, but the symptom was a end of life rechargeable battery.I got this new battery, much stronger that the OEM one, and after replacing it, the vacuum came back to life. I’m a happy camper since the member of the family who takes care of maintaining a clean home was very happy to get the cleaning robot back into service. Easy fix!!!

Works as described! Was charged on arrival, voltage and capacity/runtime are good. Simple installation.
