I was comfortably in the range specified for large but had to get XL because they were a little tight. Like pressing into my arm and leaving a mark tight. XL should be too big based on the sizing but fits just right, snug enough to stay in place but comfortable.

Otras solo me han durado un par de meses, con estás ya llevo bastante tiempo, no se salen y no se han roto, están rayadas por las caídas pero es por el uso normal. Se pueden lavar o limpiar con un trapo, la manera en que se aseguran hace que no se salgan. El empaque tiene su propio estilo único. Las volvería a comprar.

Very comfortable and great protection if you fall

I use these for practice and games for roller derby 2-3 times a week. We seldom fall on our elbows, but it offers good protection when you do. They do slip a bit, but I have yet to find elbow pads that don't slide down a little, unfortunately, and these aren't too bad.

We are very happy with the protection these pads offer. Would definitely recommend and/or buy these again!
