This is my second time purchasing these knee pads. The first set lasted 3 years playing roller derby one to three times a week. After 3 years I had to replace because the White Cap started to separate from the rest of the knee pad on one side. Like falling on a cloud so I got the same ones again

I’ve been a ramp agent at an airport for the past 2.5 years and only recently started using knee pads after my knees began to hurt. The ones I tried before never fit properly and would fall off while sliding around in the bin.After doing some research, I found these—and they’re exactly what I needed. Unlike the standard-issued knee pads, these have a sock-like liner that you slip your leg through, which keeps them securely in place. I actually love the sock feature—it keeps the pads from shifting around and makes them feel much more secure. The only downside is that you have to put them on before your shift, rather than right before you pit the flight.They’re comfortable enough to wear throughout the rest of the operation, but they do take a little time to get used to. My only concern is how they’ll feel in the summer—wearing them through an entire flight in the heat might get pretty uncomfortable.One unexpected bonus: I love how easy it is to slide around in the bin with them on. That alone makes a big difference during tight turns and loading bags quickly.That said, I’m not docking any stars from my review. They clearly weren’t designed to be put on and taken off easily—they were made for skateboarding, and in that context, the sock-liner design makes perfect sense. For ramp work, they’ve still been a great solution.

the reason for 4 stars is only because of the size. if your charts are Medium, take Large, it's running small.
