Made of good, heavy-duty plastic. The air nozzles for the 2 large corn hole pieces are a bit different--a smaller one inside a larger one.(see images) The larger one accepts an air pump, but it is very difficult to close the nozzle without letting a bunch of air out. I found it works best to blow it almost all the way up, cap the nozzle, filling the rest of the way by taking the cap off the smaller nozzle and blowing it up by mouth, then capping the small piece.The "bean bags" must be filled with water. I did it in the kitchen sink, but a hose or pool would work. They have heavy duty nozzles that take a bit of pressure to close and prevents the bag from being filled completely up. But they work just fine being partially filled.In playing the game, the water bags bounce on the corn hole "boards" rather than slide, because they are inflated and on water, but that just adds a little challenge to the game.One of the bags has a bit of a leak at the seam but can still be used if it's refilled now and then. Got this for my husband as a father's day gift & it has been so much fun for everyone who enters our pool. And the bags for anchors (we use river rocks) are a plus that others didn't have. I must say, a couple of the bags came with little holes in the seam requiring them to be fixed before even using, but the company quickly took care of it & refunded me some money. Great game!

This inflatable cornhole game was easy to inflate, even without a pump. The beanbags also need to be inflated, but they seem to have something inside them to weight them somewhat, because if they contained ONLY air, they'd be too light to be effective. You need to find that balance between them having sufficient weight to be able to throw effectively, and still being able to float.Each "target" comes with 2 bags, which they instruct you to place "heavy items" inside of, then tie them to the targets. They don;t tell you exactly what sort of "heavy items" to use, and it doesn't come with any. What we came up with was medium-sized pebbles from the beach. (You probably wouldn't want to use sand or tiny pebbles in your pool, since they can easily get out of the bags.)Despite the somewhat ambiguous instructions, once in use, this game was a lot of fun to play, although since your arms are pretty much at the same level as the target, it's very different from traditional cornhole on land. (It's a bit harder.)The other thing is that the weights were not effective in keeping the targets exactly in place, mostly because the ropes were not long enough to reach to the bottom of the pool. However, longer ropes would likely help with that problem. You could also use your own, larger bags, which could be heavier. (Or forego the bags and just tie the targets to some sort of weight on the bottom of the pool.)Overall, I would recommend this item! Lots of fun!
