Excellent product, durable and easy to install. I used them to flush mount on my inground pool skimmer and auto fill covers.These handles made it easier for me to lift the covers hat weigh about 25lbs each. I haven't seen any discoloration from the chlorine or pool acid.

These are not flimsy, but solid! Good quality and heavy grade. Work well. I used them for an inside elevator door, that does not have clearance for a standard knob. The weight ensure these do not pop up, rattle, or move around unnecessary. Great finish on these as well. Worth the price.

It was difficult to route out the wood to flush mount these. They came with no pattern or instructions. I had to take a piece of paper and rub the pencil against the bottom to get the pattern and then I had to repeat the process on the top side, making two cut outs to mark my deck. I wish they were a uniform depth, it would have made flush mounting much easier but these ones have a oddly shaped cup on the bottom for where the latch lays down. I’m not too good when it comes to using a router, so maybe that’s why it was difficult, but a simple set of instructions with two patterns would have been nice. Also, deeper screws would have been nice, I had to find stainless steel 1.5” long screws that had the same head size as these, luckily McMaster Carr publishes size specification perfectly.
