My order arrived right on time, packaged very well, and Once out of the box the plants were very easy to mold and shape into the display that I wanted. The colors are beautiful and look great with the sunshine coming through the window....Two of the leaves came off while I was setting the plants up but they were very easy to put right back into place without the aid of any type of glue....They simply slide right back onto the end that they came off from. Easy fixed! People were complaining about this in other reviews but it's not really a problem.Very happy with this purchase!!!

I just got this out of the box I set it up in this planter The bottom is very small but heavy I love that because the weight helps with the dirt that I put on top of it to make it look even more real it's awesome I put the whole pot in the dirt see the photo it looks so real My husband couldn't even tell he's like how much those trees cost me he thought I bought real ones!! Con: stretching of the leaves were a little hard and some of them came off they're easy to put back on but I would suggest glue them all I have a feeling that I'm going to have to do that to both. I wanted to test it out and see if it would last in the wind and the weather I'll get back with you. Just to clarify I only grew the leaf onto one tree I want to leave the other one natural to see if it can handle the weather I'll come back to this review if it's bad...

One of my trees arrived damaged. It had a broken stem. (I provided pictures) My box was in bad shape, but I was expected to return the item and ship it back then puchase a new one. Why with the proof could a replacement just be shipped and save me the hassle? Lot of money spent for 1 tree!
