Bought twice. First one - The bag came with the zipper broken. 2nd. The straps broke after 1 week and very little use. Complete waste of money

It's very cute and pretty, but it's not as sturdy as a backpack you'd get at like Walmart. The zippers broke when I packed it up for a two day trip. It was pretty stuffed, so definitely don't get this for travel lol. The straps do not come put together, but it is worth the price.

My daughter bought this backpack in September for school and 2 months later, in November it started ripping . The shoulder strap started ripping and the main pocket zipper broke. I am very disappointed for spending the money for this backpack. Now, I need to buy another backpack for her to wear the second part of the school year.

This backpack was a going back to school gift for my daughter. It is just big enough for her to carry her load. She likes the color and design and even the material.
