I primarily got these for my father, who was in rehab for a couple of months after being sick with pneumonia in the hospital. When he had his meals, we would try to tuck in the napkin in his shirt, but it kept falling off. I decided to order these, because that way, it holds up the napkin.I should have taken a picture of him with this. After awhile, he was able to put on the clips himself. It is kind of like the clips that dentists use to keep the "bib" on you while they do their examination/cleaning. Highly recommend.
