Basically it works fine. I did, however, notice a couple things that I consider to be flaws.(1) although the structure is certainly strong enough to hold up your pots and pans, it is, well, flimsier than the one I had in my previous house.(2) They include chains to hang the device. Throw them away and go to a hardware store to buy much better chains. When I saw the chains they included, my instant response was "really? We're supposed to use these? We're not going to hear a crash in the middle of the night when a chain breaks and everything falls down?" Throw the included chains away. The included manual suggests several different approaches for suspending the hanger. Ignore this. There is exactly one way to hang this unless you don't mind your pots and pans swaying for minutes after they're bumped.

I purchased this for my mom. It is very sturdy. She loves it because it keeps her pans out of the way and looks great at the same time.

This looks great! It gets our pots and pans out of the cabinet and allows for them not to be stacked. Install was easy but we did use other dry wall anchors that we purchased elsewhere. There are concerns about the quality of the chains, but so far they are hanging in there great. Love the purchase!

This has held up extremely well over the past year and still look great. I was a little concerned because this is definitely one of the more budget-friendly options - but now I'm so glad I didn't spend more on a pricier rack, because this is perfect. My partner may have over-engineered the anchoring in the ceiling (better safe than sorry) - but it has reliably held a LOT of weight without showing any signs of problems. I definitely recommend this rack.

I rent out two upstairs rooms in my house, and cupboard space is at a premium. I bought this as a low-cost way to stretch the cupboard space that I have. I believe I paid around $43 for it, And it was a great value especially when compared to expensive cupboards. Between the hooks and the space above it holds about a cupboard and 1/2 worth of pots and pans.I like the slightly industrialized touch it adds to my kitchen. It also seems quite sturdy. I will admit that I replaced The hooked mounting bolts that came with it with a heavier duty variety that I picked up for about $5 at a hardware store. The installation wasn't that difficult. I used a stud finder to find the joists, drilled in slightly smaller than needed holes and just screwed the mounting hooks in. And I was surprised to find that I actually needed to shorten the chain. I'm probably going to remove another link or two.
