We use these to clean boat bottoms for a club fleet that sits in the water at a marina. It's hard to imagine a tool that will work better for this job. The white pads clean the marine life off of the boat without doing serious damage to the ablative paint.

The holder would not attach to the BlackPad, so when I was trying to strip the floors the BlackPad kept coming off and it was such a hassle not worth it.

This is a fantastic scrubber. I put the swivel head on a long handle and "Katie bar the door" I was cleaning above my head, under the kitchen cabnets, in the bathroom behind the stool, in the garage, on the back porch. The only thing you want to remember is do not scrub too hard with the brown head...it could take the finish off wood.
