We watched a video before hand and it was relatively easy to change. One tip we tied a sting to the red emergency cord when before removing the old one to make stringing the new one through easier.

The one of the left is the old one. The one on the rh side is the new one. Not correct even with number off old switch. The plug for the two wires is mounted in a different spot and therefore makes contact with back frame now not allowed for proper aligment when you attempted to install it was very upset for this. It impressed and will be returning for full refund.

Haven't installed yet but the red release cable is extremely brittle plastic and is tightly coiled on receipt. Had to try to uncoil it as it needs to be a long straight run when installed so that it reaches the access hatch; however, it snapped while trying to uncoil. The original currently installed actuator emergency release cable is more than 10 years old and is not brittle at all. I would not install with this cable as you could not count on it working when required. Will try to reuse the original emergency release cable when I replace the actuator.
