None of these keys worked. Ordered same product from different company and all keys worked perfectly.

These newly cut keys will work, only if you buff the edges. The cut edges are too precise for the lock cylinders. I suggest rubbing them with a wire brush or other mild abrasive to make them functional.

Based on the description, it would seem that it would work for all the locks manufactured between 1997 and 2020. My DKS stuff is from 2004. The key does not fit - it is too thick to even go in :-)Plus you get 5 keys - I assumed they are all different - they are all exactly same!Lastly, they made it look official by putting a serial number on the key - it is really really a scam! Don't buy!

We're hoping you'll be able to help.We were pleased that the order was for 5 keys, since that is the number we needed.However, despite appearing to visually match our original key not one of them opens our electric garage gate box.We thought we were still within the 30 day return time and we see the last day was yesterday. Are you able to provide any assistance or suggestion? Thank you.
