Perfect fit. Period. Initially had some squealing and rubbing noises but wasn't happy with the fit either. Worked on the inner panel and made adjustments--including the metal "arms" you snap in up by the lock and near the door lock mech. Still wasn't 100%. realized the window wasn't snapped into the white supports that are locked on to the wire/cables. Took a little work, and POW! no more noise or squeals, moved up and down perfectly. Would buy again for certain. No instructions--but LOTs of YouTUBE videos showing ease of installation. Came with new regulator, used existing hardware to secure. DRIVE THRUs here I come again!

This part failed in about 6 months. I'm rating it a 3 because I don't know if there's some other issue that caused it to fail. Just letting other potential buyers know that they should watch out, there might be issues with this product.

The regulator and motor was everything that the company said it was. After watching a video, I found that the hardest thing was in taking the door apart. The regulator and motor were both easy to remove and install. After getting the door put back together everything worked perfectly. For the price and the way the product worked I give it a 10 out of 10 .

I have a 2012 Dodge Grand Carvan. I ordered this part to replace the one that broke. The rails for it was fine, but the motor had the wrong plug assembly. I had to get the window fixed, so luckily I was able to reuse my old motor. I contacted customer service and got a $5 credit. Nothing more. Be careful to check the motors electrical plug for fit before you get started.

Right when it’s pass it’s return date it decides to malfunction and break the spring came lose and there goes that we’ll never again lesson paid for and learned
