These hang from my tow hitch to attach the trailer breakaway. Riding under my truck during nasty maine winters with all the salt and grime, and not a speck of rust to be seen. Quality product for sure.

Beware the quality on these if you need the dimensions to be reasonably precise, because they vary. I ordered two to use as safety chain hookups on my new hitch and the throat size "C" in the picture was important. The dimensions state it should be 19MM or 0.748". When I received the two, one would not work in the opening. I measured both- the one that worked was 0.7575" (pretty much spot on), but the other only measured 0.6915", rendering it useless. To be almost 9% off on something that actually comes with a stamped rating seems a bit poorly made to me. In addition to this, the threading for the nut is different on them as well since one unscrews further than the other by 0.1115- which was another critical dimension for me in order to clear the opening on the hitch. You could actually tell the one wasn't right just from spinning the nut back and forth- it wasn't smooth on the threads at all. I'm debating what to do to replace this now- not sure I want to take a chance on another from this seller and at $36 bucks each these are too expensive to just hope for the best.
