I bought one that failed, then another to replace it. Each worked perfectly well, and I had no issues with the software used to program them, but after a couple months, each one wouldn’t charge and ceased to function. The first I used through USB, the second I used wirelessly, charging only when necessary.

I had a need for a small device I could pre-program with key macros. This is perfect!Nice mechanical keys, USB-C, very detailed software... awesome

It does what it says and is customizable for many combos including words and hotkeys. But if you are trying to be incognito it’s very loud like the old style keyboards. I used it for Word and Dragon Nuance dictation hotkeys but I’m afraid my patients will think I’m doing an inventory on them. Bluetooth capability and on board memory is great (doesn’t need software on your device) but alas I might choose something else quieter.

The listing for this particular product (3-key bluetooth-enabled macropad MK321) contains a link to the wrong programmer software. Do NOT use the Footswitch program, it will not recognize the device. Instead visit pcsensor dot com slash download and get the ElfKey program. It recognizes and works with the keyboard.I'm removing some stars for incorrect links in the product description which is obviously leading to frustration by other reviewers.I personally believe these macropads should all follow some open standard for programming so that you don't need sketchy closed-source applications to program them. I suggest running the programmer in a VM passing the USB device through for security. Once you've programmed in your keystrokes you can use the macropad on any device without the programmer. You only need the programmer to change the settings.

The software simply does not work. It does not see the device. I'm not an amateur at computers, and I tried everything:- installed latest version of software from link in the Amazon listing- connected the device via the supplied USB cable- verified that it is connected properly: Windows plays the USB connect sound, RGB lights come on, pressing keys sends the default 'a' , 'b' , and 'c' keystrokes; it shows up as a HID device in USB Device Tree Viewer ("SHENZHEN RDING PCsensor MK321-Pro - Keyboard, 2× HID, Mouse")- I've connected it directly to a motherboard rear port, no hubs. I've also tried front ports, etc. I've tried both USB-C ports on the macro KB, I've tried inserting the USB-C end both ways. Nothing changes.- reinstalled the software several times, rebooted in between, tried running as admin; nothing.Despite all attempts, the software has never once recognized the device, making it impossible to configure the macro keys. This product is therefore E-WASTE DESTINED FOR THE TRASH and unsuitable for any purpose. The help file for the awful software even has the audacity to blame unrecognized devices on bad motherboard ports or faulty connections. The nerve! My motherboard is ~7 months old, the cable is brand new, every indication of a working USB connection is there. Fix your garbage software and stop blaming me.Oh by the way: when in wired (USB) mode, it has forced RGB lights that can't be disabled. That alone would be grounds for me returning it. RGB that cannot be disabled is a terrible product deficiency.
