I just got a new Iphone that did not have headphones, and now has the USBC connector. I was worried I would not be able to use my Apple headphones, but this worked perfectly. Fits nicely and secure in the slot. No issues. It is important to note that this is only for use as a headphone adapter. It says no charging. So you cannot use it from USB to USBC to lightening to charge a phone. NO. Works for headphones with the lightening plug.

Doesn't work, wanted to use this so i could listen to music on my computer but when i plug it in it the music just plaus outloud.
