The adapter comes with 3 saw blades & a removable support handle. No instructions were included.I found the device was fairly light with its all-plastic body, but shaking it causes it to rattle quite a bit, which makes it feel/sound cheap.I tried to install one of the blades but found the locking system didn’t work too well. I rotated the lock nut all the way and was able to slip in the blade, but releasing the locknut back into the locked position and the blade pulls out with minimal effort. It took me almost 10mins of rotating the lock and inserting the blade until it finally loosened enough so that it locked the blade in place. This really shouldn’t have been this difficult, but it was.With the blade installed, I found that the handle is attached on the right side of the adapter, so it makes a righty use their non-dominant hand to power the drill while your dominant hand holds the support handle. I would have preferred if it was ambidextrous as I always use my dominant hand (right) to hold the drill/saw/or any power tool and my left is always for support. This is something that I need to get used to.Attaching it to my drill and the device just spins loosely on the drill when you don’t hold the support handle. Nothing is attached to the drill except for the shank in the chuck, so cutting straight lines may be an issue. Would have liked if there was some locking system to prevent the adapter from loosely spinning when not held in position. Applying downward cutting pressure will be more difficult with an attachment that spins freely vs something solid like a normal reciprocating saw.With the drill set to low speed, as the drill turns, the saw reciprocates as it should. Adjusting the speed to high and it does reciprocate faster, but it will only move as fast as your drill can spin. If used on an underpowered/slower drill, the blade will cut but definitely won’t be as effective vs a faster drill and absolutely doesn’t compare to a real reciprocating saw’s strokes per min.The FTVOGUE reciprocating saw attachment for drills worked ok, but it depends on how fast the drill is which controls how fast the saw moves. I had difficulty getting the blades attached and locked in place. Not sure if it was a QC issue or if it was just new and really tight, but it eventually worked and held tightly in place. The limitation on where the support handle could be placed was an issue as I’m right-handed and therefore control the trigger with the same hand (as that’s what is most comfortable for me), this setup reverses that and makes my left hand control the trigger. A second attachment hold on the left should have been included in the design to make this more universal. Although it’s usable, I don’t know if it eliminates the need to get an actual reciprocating saw. Would I get it again, probably not.

Bought it to cut through 2x2 on a demolition job. It did the job on an 18v drill but fairly slow. It felt kind of dangerous. Maybe best for balsa wood.
