Overall it is a good look! If you are careful to center the bulb, they diffuse the light well. I like the aesthetic combined with RGB+CCT bulbs that I have. I wasn't sure if the wide gaps would expose the bulb from the product photos, but there are two layers with enough overlap that you cannot see the bulb from any typical viewing angle.The two stars are due to material quality. One of the lanterns in the set was already quite severely ripped at the top when I opened the package. I did not attempt to assemble it out of fear it would fully rip.The other was not ripped and I assembled it successfully, but the metal insert could not bend the way the instructions suggest and it was difficult to get in place. The paper feels a bit weak and seems very loosely attached. I am guessing a previous customer used too much force and returned the item, which has now ended up in my hands. There is no option to replace the item, unfortunately.I am worried about the longevity of these, but so far I like the look enough that I will probably attempt to fix the other one myself. Not sure it is worth the current price + import fees.

Such a stylish lantern shade. It is very beautiful. Smaller than I thought it would be, but it still looks great. It doesn't get very bright, which is what I wanted. It holds and shines the light just right.

I'm a fan of paper lanterns in general and this one's as nice as any other. Quality wise it's better on average.While this does not reflect on the product but rather the seller, I did only receive on lantern.
