Overall, it does the job for me and is certainly inexpensive. I keep the earphone volume at maximum and the clarity of the other person's voice is high, much better than the clarity of cordless handset headsets. That's the critical factor for meBut, when I tried to use the headset hanger I found the foam pad stuck in the channel so it came off when I removed the headset. My solution is to leave the headset sitting on the desk and ignore the hanger. It's a cheap headset and not comfortable for continuous use, but the high clarity compensates.More importantly, for me at least, is the instruction manual. There's no explanation of what a the codes are: local, p, and IP (I assume the last is for a voip phone). I guessed that the local code is the US area code yet I still have no idea what a 'pcode' is; my web searches are futile.Overall, it's good enough to be used for my prospecting calls and a fraction of the price of a Plantronics keypad/headset.

I've tried several similar headsets over the past few years with my Panasonic cordless phone and always had issues with hearing the other person and them hearing me.I ultimately resorted to using Apple ear pods with an adapter wire I purchased on Amazon and while they work great as far as loudness and sound quality, I have to constantly hold the wire to keep the mic close to my mouth for the other party to hear me clearly.I already own a AGPtEK headset for a corded phone and I'm happy with it, I saw this one for a low price compared to many other similar headsets and figured I'd give it a try. I'm very glad I did. While the sound quality isn't anything like the ear pods, it's okay enough and on par with other headsets. What sets it apart for me is it's actually sufficiently loud, I can hear the other party and they can hear me. I bought another pair in case these break!Update March 2023 - I use this headset on a daily basis and unfortunately after about a year it starts produce a lot of static and then begins to cut in and out completely. I bought two back in June 2021 and the second one is now having the same issue and needs to be replaced.The source seems to be the jack. While I appreciate the generously long cord, it inevitably gets hung up on various things, cabinet knobs, etc. That along with the weight of the coiled portion always pulling down on the cord may just eventually wear on the jack and cause it to fail.Otherwise I still love the headset and the volume it produces with my Panasonic cordless phones. I'll be buying two more and I may try to support the area where the wire connects to the jack with some shrink tubing.

Es un buen producto, aunque la diadema llega a ser algo endeble e incomoda, pero por el costo es buen artículo

Llegó en tiempo y forma, funciona al 100,la calidad del audio es regular pero si debo reconocer que reduce el ruido externo,es suave la esponja y no lastima la diadema. Ya llevo casi tres meses usándolo y todo funciona correctamente.

Love it! I don't work in a call center, but surprisingly spend a lot of time on the phone at work, enough to cause serious tendon problems. Cogego, (company that supplied & installed the phone system) could only offer me a $300 wireless set. I tried shopping locally, emailed the manufacturer of the phone, all with no luck. Most advertised headsets don't show the connecting end or they describe it in technically terms. This one said it had a standard size connector AND showed it in the photo. After searching for weeks, I decided to risk the $25. I tried it today, and it works wonderfully well. It's compatible with the phone, I can hear & be heard by whomever I'm speaking with. The only thing I regret is waiting so long to try it. This $25 will probably save me hundreds of dollars in physiotherapy bills.

Inexpensive and works with both my computer and phone. It's perfect. The quality isn't anything special but I find it to be comfortable and overall better than more expensive models that I've used. And I prefer the regular headphone jack to the USB jack so that I can use it with my phone.
