We get the oversized rolls and the old style holders don’t have any clearance. This one is perfect and has clearance with the large rolls and you can still pull the towels out freely with no binding.

There was some garbage instructions, no specifications and the size holes to drill, which set of screws, or what those other useless caps are for but sadly this is common with Chinese crap. I will recycle the junk parts and throw out the useless "adhesive" option which would last a week before failing. That part is pure junk. The metal part are well made and having NO "instructions" would have been better than the garbage they sent. OF COURSE, the illustrations did not match the parts but that is Chinese crap for you. I think they use Google translate and know 0% English but since they use Google there in none of the usual "Chinglish" about "penetrate wall in hole" or whatever non-sense. Poor company but sourcing from a decent OEM. Since I was attaching to a wall I attached one end first, not tight enough to prevent movement, and then put a level on the rack's brace to locate where to drill the second hole.I have not painted the gray plastic ends black yet.Despite the useless instructions installation was easy. Recycle the useless piece of paper they call "instructions" since it takes very little thought to figure out despite it was clearly beyond the brain damaged ability of the person who did the "instructions". What a dummy, they should be fired.
