Was extremely messy and didn’t work for me. Unless you spend an hour and use a toothpick to apply the right amount to the inner part of a solid band and then cure it you will make a very big mess and once cured it will be extremely difficult removing it. Didn’t work for me.

This product was a game changer for my loose fitting wedding band and other rings! I used it more as 'sizing beads' or 'speed bumps' to stop the twirling instead of a full length strip on the bottom of band. It's easy to wipe away excess before setting it with the UV bulb so you can build it up slowly. This is a more convenient and cheaper alternative to getting this done by a jeweler. You can remove it yourself if the fit no longer works.Instead of cutting off the tip, I recommend poking a hole in the top of the bottle with a safety pin or needle to make the smallest hole possible.The spiral sizers also work well, as do the snap in 'U' shaped sizers, but both of these will get soap and lotion build up stuck underneath and need to be cleaned often. Those also yellow with time and are more visible than the UV gel solution. They also create an awkward space between your rings if you are stacking wedding bands and engagement rings.Give this a try before going to a jeweler to size your rings down a bit, but make sure to protect your stones with painters tape or electrical tape. It is ideal for going half or full size down. A more drastic adjustment may need a jeweler.

On July 7th, I put two "sizing dots" on my ring to keep it from spinning around. It worked really well! The ring still turned around occasionally, but not as constantly as before. The resin stayed on until I suddenly noticed it was gone in early December. I think 6 months is very impressive staying power! I am happy to reapply and hopefully it will last just as long this time. I wash my hands frequently and do light dish scrubbing with a brush, but I can't speak to how long it would last if you do frequent intense hand dishwashing or similar jobs. Overall, I think this is a great value. I am very pleased with it.
