Llevo un año usando CPAP y he probado al menos 5 máscaras diferentes. En mi experiencia esta es la mejor. Para quienes acostumbramos dormir de lado esta máscara da flexibilidad de movimiento y se evita al mismo tiempo la pequeña corriente de aire en el rostro, esto debido a que la alimentación del aire es por arriba de la cabeza.En cuanto al marco, seguí la sugerencia de otra chica que mencionaba que si eres mujer uses el frame pequeño, y tenía razón porque me quedó perfecto.Las almohadillas son lo suficientemente cómodas aunque los primeros días puede haber una pequeña irritación en alguna de las fosas nasales en las personas que cambiamos mucho de postura mientras dormimos. Pero solo dura unos días y ya después una se acostumbra.En mi caso, me recojo el cabello para dormir y coloco mi cabello entre las cintas azules que van en la parte de atrás. Con esto me aseguro de que no se me mueva la máscara durante la noche.La máscara usa un filtro muy pequeño que va atrás de la almohadillas, ese filtro no se puede lavar, es necesario utilizar filtros de CPAP y cortarlos al tamaño necesario. Yo utilizo un ganchito especial para sacarlo y acomodar el nuevo de forma rápida. Hay que revisar ese filtro diariamente y cambiarlo en cuanto tenga alguna marca oscura. En mi caso yo lo cambio máximo cada tercer día.El lavado es normal como cualquier máscara. Se usa jabón neutro y agua tibia o al tiempo. Por higiene se debe lavar diario o máximo cada tercer día por higiene.Llevó varios meses usándola y no planeo usar ningún otro modelo de máscara, ya que con esta obtengo el descanso que requiero.

Much cheaper than going to store to purchase. Very comfy to wear. Just wished you had an extra small nose plug part.

I’ve tried almost all masks. I like to sleep on my stomach at first then move around a lot during the night. The nasal pillows stop the leaking you get from other masks and having the hose on top of your head let’s you move around without getting tangled. Absolutely no noisy sounds from air escaping anymore or fidgeting with nasal pillows to stop leakage. I’ve been using this product for 4 years now and Amazon is $40-$50 less than anywhere else

Few weeks in and thought I’d give a review. I just want to say I have tried a few masks. This is by far the best and most comfortable. I actually enjoy wearing my sleep app machine again. Highly reccomend. Cheers

Apologies for this very unflattering photo 🤣 note that this product comes with small AND medium nasal pillows!!I’m coming from using the N20 nasal mask for a year to this one… holy moly such a huge difference in comfort! I thought the N20 was comfortable but this mask is even better. Now I realize the n20 actually was ill fitting on me because I had to over tighten it to get a good seal. NOTE that you should not need to tighten your mask a lot, if you do then it’s not the right mask for you. Any mask should just “float” on your skin and still provide a seal if it is a good fit for you.However with this (the p30i), I hardly have to tighten it, and the nasal pillows just perfectly rest in my nose and there are no leaks. The design is perfect for side sleepers and black sleepers alike since the tubing connects from the top instead of the front of my face, allowing more freedom to move around and sleep in more positions.I am so surprised how secure the seal is, despite how loose I can wear it, so it’s very comfortable. In fact, I tested squishing the mask on the sides against my face to see if it would leak and it would not!! I love that since I’m a side sleeper.I am a small woman at 5ft tall, so this small size is excellent for me. My partner has the regular standard size version of this mask and it is noticeably way too large for me. If you’re debating on the standard or small size (this item) and you’re a woman, I’d go with this.Lastly, I have a nose ring (you can kind of see it in the photo) and the mask does not bother or irritate my nose ring at all.MY ONLY GRIPE with this mask is that air flowing directly into my nostrils is somewhat drying. I mitigate this by first using a hydrating nasal mist and increasing my humidity and temp on my machine before wear.Thank you resmed for an excellent product, CPAP therapy is sincerely life changing!!
